Casio India's 'Sports for Change': Transforming Futures Through Sports

Casio India Co. Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Sportz Village Foundation, has initiated a noteworthy CSR program titled 'Sports for Change'. This initiative aims to foster sports participation among underprivileged children from 20 government schools under the U.P. State Board, offering them structured training opportunities.

On Children's Day, an inter-school sports event was held at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Inter College, Gautam Buddh Nagar, where Casio India sponsored the event and recognized outstanding athletes. The program's objective is to not only promote physical and mental well-being but also instill values of sportsmanship and teamwork in young minds.

Commenting on this impactful initiative, Casio India Managing Director, Mr. Takuto Kimura, emphasized the company's commitment to empowering the next generation through sports education. The program has already reached over 600 children, integrating a structured sports curriculum and offering specialized training to top performers, thereby extending Casio's corporate mission beyond just educational technology.
