Mumbai Melodrama: Rohit Shetty Residence Targeted in Shooting

A brazen shooting at the residence of famed filmmaker Rohit Shetty has prompted a significant police response in Mumbai. The shooter, captured on CCTV in the Vile Parle area, managed to flee the scene despite high-alert efforts by the authorities.

The shooter fired multiple rounds at Shetty's residential building, striking a gym window. Of the suspects apprehended, four persons have been arrested in Pune, allegedly having assisted in the crime. They are currently detained by Mumbai police for further interrogation.

The investigation has revealed potential ties to Shubham Lonkar, a member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. As police continue their search, Rohit Shetty's security has been intensified, although he claims no prior threats were issued.
