Eschewing the conventional remake or sequel formula, the upcoming feature is set to navigate within the 'Exorcist' universe. Ejiofor is reuniting with Flanagan after the success of 'The Life of Chuck', which clinched the People's Choice Award at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
