In a significant stride toward inclusivity and empowerment, the CREDAI Surat Women's Wing (CWW) emerges as a pivotal force in the real estate sector and community welfare. Celebrating its second anniversary, the organization, unique in CREDAI Surat's history, underscores a commitment to women's participation in construction and real estate.

The CWW, led by a dedicated core committee of 15 members, actively champions community support and leadership opportunities for women within the industry. Notable initiatives include medical camps for laborers, grocery distribution drives, and educational programs for children of construction workers, fostering health, welfare, and learning.

Under the guidance of Convenor Ekta Savani and Co-Convenor Moxa Mistry, the Women's Wing's structured committees, covering areas from social welfare to sports and professional development, drive its impactful agenda. This strategic framework offers an important platform for women's empowerment and professional growth in traditionally male-dominated fields.
