Gulshan Group announced a staggering Rs 1,000 crore investment on Wednesday, earmarked for constructing a Taj-branded hotel and residential complex in Noida.

The real estate firm will collaborate with Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), a leading hospitality player, to manage the luxury project, featuring a 150-key hotel, 74 residences, and a singular penthouse.

This ambitious venture, targeted for completion in five years, is anticipated to generate over Rs 2,000 crore in sales revenue for the residences.
