President Droupadi Murmu embarked on a spiritual journey to Uttar Pradesh, visiting key religious sites in Mathura and Vrindavan during her three-day tour. On Friday, she met with Premanand ji Maharaj at Radha Keli Kunj Ashram, engaging in a sermon. Her visit highlights included paying respects at Baba Neeb Karori's 'Samadhi' and exploring Udiya Baba Ashram.
Significantly, President Murmu inaugurated a new Oncology Block at the Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram (Charitable Hospital) in Vrindavan, reflecting her focus on health initiatives. She also explored Vatsalya Gram, a center aimed at fostering community development and care.
The visit underscored its spiritual essence with her participation in 'aarti' at Danghati Mandir in Govardhan, as well as undertaking the sacred Govardhan Parikrama. The President's activities drew considerable attention, underlining her connection with cultural and spiritual practices.
