Camera crews captured the moment as Abdullah, joined by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary and advisor Nasir Aslam Wani, opted to untie the ribbon instead of cutting it. His actions, considered a sign of reverence for the Indian national flag, garnered widespread acclaim on social media.
