The lotus, engineered by the National Botanical Research Institute, has exactly 108 petals—a sacred number in various traditions—and symbolizes spiritual completeness. The Vietnamese leader also received a meticulously crafted brass sculpture of Buddha, set under a detailed Bodhi tree halo, showcasing India's traditional artistry.
Additionally, a luxurious Banarasi silk from Varanasi was gifted, symbolizing cultural links between the nations. This exquisite textile is renowned for its intricate weaving and rich colors, beautifully manifesting Indian craftsmanship and cultural ties with Vietnam.
