It is very hard to say whether Dragon Ball Super: Broly 2 is currently under production or not. In a recent interview, the head of Shueisha's Dragon Ball Room, Akiyo Iyoku said that his team is "steadily making preparations for the next Dragon Ball movie" and consequently he believed that "there is more to come for the series." However, there is no official confirmation on the making of the second movie.
According to Screenrant, Dragon Ball Super: Broly 2 may be released during the second half of 2020 or perhaps 2021 as the production company Toei Animation will certainly never want to capitalize on the success of the first movie, through which it bagged approximately USD 9.26 million in its first three days of run. It was really a big success and if Toei makes excessively delay, fans' interest will surely come down. Stay tuned to Devdiscourse to get more updates on the anime films.
