The ex-girlfriend of Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who broke into McCoy's house and assaulted her in July, her attorneys announced Thursday.

Cordon is scheduled to hold a news conference Friday in Georgia, where the incident occurred, to discuss why she is convinced McCoy was involved in the July 10 home invasion.

"While Mr. McCoy maintains that he has been very forthcoming with his teammates and with his coaches, he has not provided any information whatsoever to the City of Milton Police, or assisted in the criminal investigation in any way, which will be discussed at [Friday's] press conference as well," her attorneys said, per ESPN.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported earlier this month that police in Milton Ga., have been investigating the armed intrusion and assault but hadn't uncovered any information to link McCoy. The NFL was continuing its investigation, according to Schefter.

In August, Cordon filed a civil lawsuit in Fulton County, Georgia, naming McCoy and his former college teammate Tamarcus Porter in August as defendants. She claimed McCoy should be held responsible for allowing the attack to occur on his property.

McCoy's attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit last week, writing, "There is no alleged link between the assailant and either Mr. McCoy or Mr. Porter. The complaint is ridiculous and must be dismissed."

Cordon also claimed in her lawsuit that McCoy abused the son he shares with another woman. The mother of that 6-year-old boy, Stephanie Maisonet, filed an affidavit in the case Tuesday in support of Cordon's claims.

McCoy issued a statement on social media later Tuesday calling Maisonet's affidavit "provably false" and "outrageously inaccurate."

McCoy, 30, has played in both of the Bills' first two games, gaining 61 yards on 16 carries. He has practiced on a limited basis this week after sustaining broken rib cartilage last week.
