Renewable energy solutions provider Suzlon Energy on Monday clarified its stance, asserting there are no financial irregularities or compliance violations within the organization. This follows the resignation of independent director Marc Desaedeleer, who cited corporate governance concerns.

Desaedeleer, in his June 8, 2024 resignation via BSE filing, praised Suzlon's operational and financial achievements over the past eighteen months. However, he raised concerns about the corporate governance standards, mentioning communication transparency issues.

Despite these concerns, Suzlon emphasized its commitment to regulatory norms and proactive disclosures. They appreciate Desaedeleer's contributions and view his suggestions for procedural enhancements positively as part of their ongoing improvement efforts.
