Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar intensified his critique of the Congress on Saturday, asserting that the party should account for its decade-long rule rather than questioning his government's work over the past 10 years. Khattar's comments came in response to Congress's 'Haryana maange hisab' slogan.
Khattar pointed out that during Congress's rule the state faced despair and depression, ultimately leading to public rejection of the party. He made these remarks after attending the Good Governance Associates Programme in Delhi.
In conversations with reporters, Khattar argued that Congress should focus on accountability in its own states, accusing the party of ruining Punjab, with the AAP allegedly exacerbating the situation. He affirmed his government's accountability to the people, predicting a third BJP term in October 2024. Additionally, Khattar highlighted the success of the Good Governance Support Programme on his social media.
