Tripura Chief Minister Showcases Key Development Initiatives at BJP HQ Meet

In a detailed presentation at the BJP Headquarters in New Delhi, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha outlined key initiatives enhancing the state's socio-economic development. During the meeting of Chief Ministers, Saha particularly noted significant advancements in affordable housing under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) and (Gramin) schemes. Thousands of urban and rural households in Tripura have been recipients of these benefits.

Saha also elaborated on the focus areas of the Jal Jeevan Mission, which aims at providing safe and adequate drinking water to every rural household through individual tap connections. Remarkable progress under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme was also highlighted, ensuring quality healthcare services for economically weaker sections.

Further, the Chief Minister pointed out substantial improvements in rural infrastructure under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, with new and upgraded roads boosting connectivity. Financial aid through PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and Kisan Credit Card schemes have significantly supported agricultural productivity. Additionally, Saha touched upon the PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Swamitva scheme, Bharat Net, Soil Health Card, Atal Pension Yojana, and SvaNidhi schemes.

The meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was attended by top BJP leaders, including National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
