According to sources, Vishal Mega Mart used a confidential filing route for its IPO documentation, submitted on July 12. Furthermore, Avanse Financial Services aimed to raise Rs 3,500 crore through an IPO, with portions allotted for fresh equity issues and offers for sale by existing shareholders.
Similarly, Sai Life Sciences' IPO draft included fresh equity worth Rs 800 crore and offers for sale by major stakeholders. Sebi's return of these documents marks a significant regulatory action impacting these firms' market activities.
