The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has announced its annual Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak Meeting will take place in Palakkad, Kerala, from August 31 to September 2, 2024. This pivotal three-day event, which was most recently held in Pune in September 2023, will gather key officials from RSS-inspired organizations to foster democratic social change.
During the meeting, representatives will share developments and insights related to their respective areas of work. In-depth discussions on the national situation, recent significant occurrences, and facets of social transformation will be on the agenda. Efforts will also be made to bolster mutual cooperation and coordination among the various groups attending.
A source revealed that topics of national significance, such as the recent violent incidents against Hindus in Bangladesh, the rehabilitation of displaced Hindus, demographic shifts in Bengal, and the progress of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), will be up for discussion. The assembly is expected to delve into the UCC’s swift implementation in other BJP-ruled states following its introduction in Uttarakhand. High-profile attendees will include RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryawah Dattatreya Hosabale, and other senior RSS leaders, alongside officials from 32 affiliated organizations.
