Avaada Group to Invest Rs 1 Lakh Crore in Rajasthan's Renewable Energy Sector

Avaada Group announced a Rs 1 lakh crore investment in Rajasthan's renewable energy sector. This will fund projects like hydro storage, green ammonia, wind, and solar power. The initiative aims to create jobs, boost manufacturing, and contribute to India's green energy goals.

Avaada Group has revealed plans to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in Rajasthan's renewable energy industry, significantly bolstering the state's green initiatives.

The investment will support major projects, including a 1.2 GW-pumped hydro storage system, a 1 MTPA-green ammonia facility, a 1 GW-wind power project, and a 10 GW-solar power installation.

These efforts, spanning Jhalawar, Kota, Barmer, and Bikaner, are expected to create substantial employment opportunities and enhance Rajasthan's role in India's renewable energy objectives.
