The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya has become a focal point for a surge of devotees from across India, eager to glimpse Ram Lalla, the infant avatar of Lord Ram. As reported, long queues formed as early as 5:00 a.m. on Friday and persisted until 10:00 p.m., illustrating the temple's draw.

Following the ceremonial bath at the Triveni Sangam during the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, many worshippers are journeying to Ayodhya, leading to massive gatherings at the temple. In response, local authorities have stepped up crowd management efforts, deploying 24-hour security and organizing parking to accommodate the influx.

Ayodhya SSP Rajkaran Nayyar explained the extensive measures taken for crowd control and smooth management of the city's traffic flow. Concurrently, Ayodhya SP Madhuvan Kumar Singh noted that the city has been segmented into zones to ensure a safe experience for the increasing numbers. The event underscores the state's rapid development under Prime Minister Modi's vision, with pilgrimage numbers soaring from 2.35 lakh in 2016-17 to over 14 crore predicted by 2024.
