Resonia Ltd will focus on transmission infrastructure, while Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd will cater to the manufacturing of cables and conductors, as well as service business, as per the company's announcement.

This strategic move follows a demerger and aims to enable both entities to concentrate on their unique market segments and growth paths, with an emphasis on capital optimization and addressing the challenges of global energy transition.
