AMPIN Energy Transition has announced the acquisition of a $50 million investment from Siemens AG's financing division, Siemens Financial Services. This funding will bolster the growth of AMPIN's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility-scale renewable energy projects, as well as its energy transition value chain business.
This transaction marks AMPIN's third significant investment deal this fiscal year, elevating the total equity capital raised to $270 million. The investment underscores the company's unique business model, as noted by Pinaki Bhattacharyya, AMPIN's Founder, MD, and CEO.
