CBSE Class 10th Results: Girls Outshine Boys, Thiruvananthapuram Tops the Chart

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced on Tuesday the results for the class 10th exams, revealing a commendable pass rate of 93.66%, a slight increase from the previous year. Notably, 95% of female students succeeded, outperforming their male counterparts by 2.37% in a significant gender achievement.
Among the various regions, Thiruvananthapuram stood out with an impressive 99.70% pass rate, positioning it at the top, while Guwahati in Assam, with 84.14%, found itself at the bottom. The CBSE organized the examinations from February 15 to March 18, ensuring efficient administration across diverse locations.
In a related development, the CBSE also released class 12th results, where 88.39% of students passed, marking an improvement of 0.41% compared to last year. Andhra Pradesh's Vijayawada led with a 99.60% pass rate, whereas Prayagraj recorded an 80% success rate, highlighting regional disparities in education outcomes.
Conducted across 7,837 centers in 26,675 schools, the class 10th exams followed stringent guidelines to uphold their integrity. Participants adhered to a dress code, and strict restrictions were placed on prohibited items to ensure fair conduct during the examination process.
