The ECI highlighted that Gandhi has not engaged with the Commission's attempts at communication, either by responding to official letters or attending meetings when called.

In response to Gandhi's accusations, the ECI stressed its commitment to operating with fairness and transparency, despite claims that its staff had been threatened. A statement from the ECI outlined that Gandhi had been contacted twice on June 12, 2025, yet failed to respond, while stressing the strangeness of his severe accusations without substantive engagement.

Meanwhile, Gandhi continued to accuse the ECI of colluding with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to conduct large-scale voter fraud. Gandhi promised to release evidence purportedly proving these claims, likening the impact of their findings to an 'atom bomb,' threatening to destabilize the Election Commission.
