In a shocking incident, Delhi Police have apprehended two suspects in connection to the murder of Asif Qureshi, cousin of acclaimed actor Huma Qureshi. The tragic event unfolded following a parking dispute in the Bhogal area of the capital.
The victim's wife, Shaina Qureshi, has accused the perpetrators of orchestrating what she describes as a 'pre-planned' murder, raising concerns about the religious dynamics at play. 'Asif was a Muslim boy, and all the other residents here are Hindus,' she claimed, suggesting that the tensions stemmed from religious biases.
The altercation, which escalated around 10:30 pm on August 7, ended in tragedy when one of the suspects allegedly attacked Asif with a sharp object. Both accused, Ujjwal and Gautam, in their late teens, have been detained as investigations continue. An FIR has been registered, highlighting potential communal undertones in the incident.
