IndiGrid announced plans to acquire NERES XVI Power Transmission Ltd from Techno Electric & Engineering Company for up to Rs 460 crore, following project commissioning.
The project, strategically located in northeastern India, will be integrated into IndiGrid's portfolio, which already includes substantial power transmission assets.
This acquisition aligns with IndiGrid’s strategy for growth, as emphasized by Managing Director Harsh Shah, and further strengthens ties with Techno Electric & Engineering Company.
