The Prime Minister explained that purchasing locally-made products retains wealth within India, supporting crucial infrastructure and social projects like roads and healthcare. Modi also linked his appeal to broader economic strategies amid U.S. tariffs, urging a focus on promoting indigenous industries, particularly through initiatives like 'Swadeshi Melas'.
