This comes despite a significant rise in total income, which surged to Rs 4,272.53 crore from Rs 1,540 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, as stated in a regulatory filing.

Additionally, the company, a venture promoted by Canara Bank, saw its net premium collection jump to Rs 2,867 crore, up from Rs 2,005 crore, marking the second quarterly report since its market debut in October.
