Aptus Value Housing Finance Reports Strong Growth with 26% Profit Surge

The housing finance company saw its total income grow by 19% to Rs 594 crore, despite a slight dip in asset quality, with gross NPAs rising to 1.5%.
Managing Director P Balaji highlighted strengthened growth momentum for FY26, with a 26% profit increase to Rs 943 crore and the highest-ever quarterly disbursements of Rs 1,242 crore. Shares experienced a 3.28% rise on the BSE, trading at Rs 275.7.
