Sagar had been living alone after his wife moved to Machhagar village with their son, Lakshit, and her parents. On the fateful day, Sagar brought his son back to Dayalpur, only to commit the tragic act that night by strangling Lakshit and then hanging himself, with the boy’s body strapped to his chest.
