Death toll in Libya's Derna stands at 2,200 - doctor

The number of people killed by catastrophic flooding in the Libyan city of Derna stands at 2,200, a hospital director in the city told Reuters on Tuesday.

Mohamad al-Qabisi, director of the Wahda Hospital, said 1,700 people had died in one of the city's two districts, and 500 had died in the other.
