German inflation slows slightly to 2.3% in October

German inflation slowed slightly to 2.3% year on year in October, preliminary data from the federal statistics office showed on Thursday.

Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast EU-harmonised inflation slowing to 2.2% from last month's 2.4%.
