Dubai, UAE – In a bid to augment its ambitious vision and cement its standing in innovation, the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has unveiled its interactive Dubai Customs AI Platform. This new platform enables developers to craft AI-powered systems, enhancing the customs experience and offering a collaborative space for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
PCFC Chairman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem emphasized Dubai Customs' dedication to integrating cutting-edge technologies, particularly AI. Highlighting the alignment with the Dubai Government's strategic aims, he stated that these initiatives bolster Dubai's status as a leading global digital city. Leveraging AI in customs and logistics contributes significantly to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and supports the city's economic progress.

According to Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of the PCFC, the initiative will create new jobs and strengthen the economic and logistics ecosystems.
