Abu Dhabi, UAE – UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), on a working visit to explore avenues for bilateral cooperation.
The meeting, held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, emphasized strengthening relations between the two nations. Sheikh Mohamed expressed hopes for enhanced ties benefiting both peoples and reiterated UAE's commitment to cooperation in sectors like development, economy, trade, and renewable energy.
Discussions covered mutual interests and global developments, highlighting the UAE's focus on fostering stability and prosperity in Africa. President Tshisekedi appreciated UAE's humanitarian efforts and the support provided to crisis-affected communities globally. Attendees included high-ranking UAE officials and the DRC delegation.
