Bhutan's Prime Minister, Dasho Tshering Tobgay, wrapped up his official visit to India from February 20-21, a trip highlighted by his participation in the inaugural Leadership Conclave of the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

During his visit, PM Tobgay held discussions with PM Modi and other prominent Indian officials, including Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju. In his remarks at the conclave in Delhi, Tobgay expressed admiration for PM Modi, referring to him as a 'mentor and elder brother' and stating that he is inspired to enhance his service in public office.

Tobgay extended warm greetings from His Majesty the King of Bhutan, emphasizing the significance of being in India on the King's birth anniversary. He lauded the enduring friendship between India and Bhutan, underscored by trust and mutual understanding, as stated by the Ministry of External Affairs.
