Cricket-England's Carse being investigated after incident, says ECB

England fast bowler Brydon Carse is ‌being investigated over an incident in Derby on Saturday ‌night, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said on Sunday. "We are aware of ‌an incident which is reported to ‌have taken place in Derby last night and we are currently investigating," an ECB spokesperson said.

"We will provide a further update when possible." Videos circulating on social media appear to show the Durham bowler in handcuffs being led away from a club by police officers.

Carse is part of England's squad for the second test against Pakistan starting next week at Lord's. He was an unused member of the squad for the first test at Headingley.
