Russia and Ukraine release 10 captives each in prisoner swap, Belarusian state media says

‌Russian and ​Ukraine ‌carried out a prisoner swap on ‌Monday, exchanging 10 ‌people each, Belarusian state ⁠news ​agency ⁠BELTA reported.

Prisoner swaps ⁠between the ​two sides have ⁠in the ⁠past ​been carried out via ⁠Belarus.
