Ukraine counts on China playing strong diplomatic role in ending war, Zelenskiy says

​Ukraine ​is ‌counting on ​further cooperation ‌with China and on Beijing's "strong diplomatic ‌role" in ending Russia's ‌war against Ukraine, President ⁠Volodymyr Zelenskiy ​said ⁠on X.

"Peace can be ⁠our shared ​achievement," Zelenskiy said, ⁠as he thanked Chinese ⁠leader ​Xi Jinping for ⁠congratulations on Ukraine's Independence ⁠Day.
