US commits over $150 million in support for Pacific Islands

​The ‌U.S. State ​Department said on ‌Tuesday it has committed over $150 million in ‌U.S. support for ‌Pacific Islands.

Working with the U.S. Congress, ⁠the ​department ⁠said it intends to ⁠provide $60 million to ​help Pacific Islands countries address ⁠the global ⁠energy ​crisis, including expanding fuel storage ⁠capacity and supporting grid ⁠stability.
