China organises combat readiness patrols around Scarborough shoal

China's ​southern ‌theatre command organised combat readiness patrols ‌around the Scarborough shoal ‌on Wednesday aimed ⁠at ​controlling ⁠relevant sea areas and ⁠airspace and ​to counter "all sorts ⁠of rights violations ⁠and ​provocative acts".
