South Korea's Lee holds talks with Trump on sidelines of UN General Assembly

​South Korean ‌President Lee Jae ​Myung held ‌a 30-minute meeting with US President Donald Trump ‌on the sidelines of ‌the UN General Assembly in New ⁠York, Seoul's ​presidential ⁠office said on Wednesday.

The ⁠two leaders discussed ​nuclear submarines, transfer of wartime ⁠operational control from ⁠the ​US to South Korea and ⁠North Korea, South Korea's national ⁠security ⁠adviser Wi Sung-lac said in a ‌briefing.
