Investment manager Franklin Templeton says to withdraw from Romanian Fondul Proprietatea
Investment manager Franklin Templeton said on Tuesday it will no longer administer the assets of Romanian restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea once its current term expires in April 2027. Franklin Templeton, which has managed Fondul for 16 years, has challenged the scoring and assessment applied to its offer in the administration selection process and has decided to withdraw, it said.
