Cargo vessel hit by unknown projectile in Strait of Hormuz, two casualties reported, UKMTO says

​UKMTO ​said ‌it received ​a report ‌of an incident in the Strait of Hormuz ‌on Wednesday when ‌a cargo vessel was struck by an ⁠unknown ​projectile, ⁠leaving it on ⁠fire and adrift, with ​all crew evacuated and ⁠two casualties reported.

UKMTO ⁠said ​authorities were investigating, and ⁠that there was no ⁠reported environmental ⁠impact.
