German chancellery halts draft bill on sugar tax, sources say

Germany's chancellery is blocking a ​draft bill by Finance ​Minister Lars Klingbeil to introduce ‌a ​tax on sugary drinks, citing disagreements over projected revenues and the design of the ‌measure, government sources said on Thursday.
