PAE to invest $1.2 billion in Argentina oil field, minister says

‌Argentine Economy Minister ​Luis Caputo ‌said on Thursday that oil company ‌Pan American Energy will ‌invest $1.2 billion in its Cerro Dragon ⁠field ​in ⁠southern Argentina.

"That investment will ⁠help offset the ​natural decline of ⁠one of the country's ⁠main ​conventional oil-producing areas," Caputo said ⁠in a post ⁠on ⁠X.
