​Pakistan's ‌President Asif ​Ali ‌Zardari imposed a state of emergency ‌in the ‌northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province ruled ⁠by ​jailed ⁠former Prime ⁠Minister Imran Khan's party, ​the president's ⁠office said ⁠on ​Sunday, effectively suspending the ⁠provincial government.
