Ghana president: anybody committed to fighting terrorism is welcome in West Africa

​Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama ‌said on ​Wednesday he was not concerned about Russian security assistance in the Sahel and that ‌anyone committed to fighting terrorism is welcome in the region.
