Canada says it and partners will establish new defence bank on Nov 30

‌Canada and ​its ‌partners will meet in Luxembourg ‌on November ‌30 to sign ⁠articles ​of ⁠agreement establishing the new Defence, ⁠Security and ​Resilience Bank, Finance ⁠Minister Francois-Philippe ⁠Champagne ​said in ⁠a statement on Monday.
