Utrecht shooting may have had terrorist motive, says Dutch police

A shooting inside a Dutch tram on Monday may have had a terrorist motive, a police spokesman said. Police spokesman Joost Lanshage said police were considering that possibility. Prime Minister Mark Rutte said he was "deeply concerned" about the incident.
The police is investigating the shooting at the #24oktoberplein in Utrecht this morning. An possible terrorist motif is part of the investigation.
