House Judiciary chair: Mueller won't testify next week, McGahn subpoenaed again -reports

U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller will not testify before Congress next week, the Democratic chairman of the House Judiciary Committee told reporters on Friday, according to media reports.

Chairman Jerrold Nadler also said his panel had again issued a subpoena to former White House counsel Don McGahn and that lawmakers expect him to appear May 21 or face being cited for contempt, a Fox News journalist reported separately on Twitter.
