Vladimir Putin orders economic sanctions against Ukrainian entities

President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to draw up a list of Ukrainian firms and individuals to be targeted for economic sanctions.
The order came in a presidential decree posted on the Kremlin's website on Monday.
