Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wished India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi a happy Diwali on Twitter in an amazing style using the Hindi language.
PM Netanyahu wrote on Twitter in Hindi:
"On behalf of the people of Israel, I would like to wish my dear friend @narendramodi and the people of India a joyous Diwali. May this luminous festival of lights bring you happiness and prosperity. Reply to this tweet with the name of the city where you're celebrating!" wrote PM Netanyahu.

In return, PM Modi also retweeted the message calling PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a friend and promises to share photos when he will celebrate the festival with Indian soldiers.
"Bibi, my friend, thank you so much for the Diwali wishes. Every year, I visit our border areas and surprise our troops. This year too will spend Diwali with our brave troops. Spending time with them is special. I will share photos of the same tomorrow evening," wrote PM Modi on Twitter.
Diwali celebrations were also seen on Indo-Pak border as Indian and the Pakistan armies exchanged sweets and festive wishes on the eve of Diwali along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir
