UN chief says Ukraine dam burst 'a consequence' of Russia's invasion

The United Nations does not have any independent information on how a Ukrainian dam burst, but "one thing is clear, this is another devastating consequence of the Russian invasion of Ukraine," U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Tuesday.
